This is a progressive class series designed to give you one practical tool each week, helping you re-engage with your personal bioelectric field so that you can begin syncing with the bioelectric intelligence of this planet and the living world around you.
The purpose of this work is to help you become teachable again — able to listen to the layers of intelligence within your own body and within this beautiful embodiment we have been given.
Embodiment is the missing step.
Each week, we adopt a practice that helps you re-remember how to move through life with coherence, awareness, and responsibility.
When we are disconnected from our bodies, when we do not understand where our energy comes from or how the body actually functions here on this planet, we cannot move with true coherence. We become fragmented in our thinking, our emotions, our relationships, and our actions.
This class walks you through how to reclaim and inhabit the different parts of yourself, all the way up through the energy centers connected to action, discernment, responsibility, and conscious participation in life.
Each week, you will receive one class. The class introduces the step for that week — what it is, how it works, and how to begin recognizing it in your own body and life. After the class, you will move into the embodiment practice: seven days of sitting with that step, letting it settle into the body of who you actually are. There are twelve steps in total. Twelve weeks of learning to pause, to listen, and to come home to yourself before you act.
