The Fourth Light Body - The Dream Realms
Working with the heart space, the cellular body and the nervous and emotional systems, we then can master the Dream Realms both awake and asleep. The 4th dimension has many aspects to it, and the dream body, or the astral body, is related to the lymph. At night our brains and subconscious release toxins, and only then can it be free of those toxins. And during the day, the rest of the lymph, like the subconscious, also gets cleared. Many cycles in the Dream Realm can be utilized in the body via the celestial influences such as the moon and sun.
